RASA: Colors of Emotions

In ancient artistic traditions, emotion is not merely felt—it is savored. It is Rasa, the divine essence that flows through every beat of music, every pulse of movement, and every breath of storytelling. Tonight, we step beyond the ordinary and dive into the vivid realm of human emotions.

Performers will be storytelling through their various art forms to display the complicated, raw, and beautiful emotions that define the human experience. Enjoy both Hindustani and Carnatic styles of music, as well as Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Odissi, and Kuchupudi styles of dance.

Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre is located on 911 N University Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48109. Parking is available at the N4 Thayer Structure on 216 N. Thayer St. and the Republic Parking System Garage on 324 Maynard St.
